Due to the fact that these products are sourced and shipped internationally from suppliers all over the world, shipping times for your order may vary.

Please keep in mind, that this is the reason we are able to offer such great prices on our products.

If you live in the US, your package will be shipped via ePacket which is a USPS service.  Delivery time is typically 10-15 days. Once your items reach the United States, you can check the USPS website for an estimated delivery date.

If you live outside of the US, we will do our best to ship your packages with full door-to-door tracking and you can use the tracking link we provide for you as well as the table below to get an estimated delivery time.

Our system will automatically send you status updates on your packages throughout the delivery process.

If you have your order tracking number, you can track the location of your package here.

We use a service called AfterShip to track all of our order deliveries.

If you have your tracking number (it should be listed on your order details page), you can click the button below and enter the tracking number to get the last known location of your package.

This could be due to a number of different reasons.

Most of the time this is simply an error with our tracking system and we can quickly re-track your package for you. If your tracking link says 'Expired', please contact us here and we will take care of you.

We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate may change based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our primary goal is always to deliver your items in a timely and safe manner.

We are a global online retailer. This means our products are sourced directly from suppliers and artists all over the world. This is why we are able to offer such great pricing.

Most of our suppliers are located in Asia. In addition we are starting to bring on US based suppliers to allow for faster shipping for our U.S. customers.

Also worth noting: If you purchase multiple different items through our site, it is likely that they are from different suppliers and will be shipped and arrive separately.
