On all orders, please allow 15-35 days for delivery. We know it takes some patience but we can assure you its worth the wait! Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you're used to.

Returns

Our goal at Minissima is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

What items can be returned?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.  So you have 14 days from the day you received your order till you can get it back in the mail and email us the tracking number.
If more than 14 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. 
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that do not come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

We are sorry but we do not refund any shipping fees including return shipping fees.  

For any international orders that received free shipping and is returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?

Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please contact us through our Contact Us page.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to our given address in French riviera, France.  Please use a shipping/postal service that can be tracked and provide us with the tracking number.
4. We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
You can expect to receive your refund within few working days of your package return.
We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the returned products.

How to return faulty item?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order through our Contact Us page and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return.
Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
